Can I return a product?

A detailed description of all the items up for sale is available on the item’s page. The exact color, the type of material and size are well presented to the customer on the item’s page. However, if for any reason you believe that your item does not fit the description, or was damaged even before you received it, you can return it under the following conditions:

-       The item was not worn

-       The item was not used in any way

-       The item is in the same condition as delivered.

If you purchase an item and would like to return it, you have 3 days, starting from the day you received the item. We kindly ask you to keep the item in its original packaging, and keep the related documentations (invoice, delivery note, packing slip, courier documentations…), parts and accessories.

You can always contact the customer service team on the following e-mail or fill the contact form. Our customer service team will reply or contact you back within 24 hours.

Furthermore, the initial shipping charges (when applicable – for orders less than USD50) are not refundable. Customers will pay a $3.00 delivery charge for preferred courier to return the money.

Are there any items that cannot be returned?

The following items cannot be returned:

-       Beauty and fragrances

-       Intimates

-       Swimwear

-       Sunglasses

Is it possible to exchange an ordered item?

The exact color, the type of material and size are well presented to the customer on the item’s page. We make our best to include all the details and leave no room for confusion. Taking that into consideration we are unable to exchange orders for reasons such as:

-       The item size did not fit

-       The customer did not like the item

Can I ask for refund? And what does it include?

If you wish to return an item, please contact our Customer Support Team in a period that does not exceed 3 days from the day you received the ordered item. If the item has been returned due to damage or wrong delivery, you will be fully refunded. The refund will be made within four weeks of receipt of the item at delivery department.

If the purchase was made by credit card, the refund will be made on the same credit card used to make the order within a week of receipt of the item at delivery department. If payment was cash on delivery, we will wire the money back to you net of all bank charges.

Is it possible to cancel an order?

Please contact the Customer Service Department in a period that does not exceed 24 hours from the date the order was placed. Please remember to let us know the order number. For emergencies you may call 70300603 Monday to Friday between 11 am and 4 pm.

Which countries does ship to?

Currently is dedicated to serve the Lebanese market. Therefore we only deliver inside Lebanon.

How are my items shipped and how long will my order take to be delivered to the address submitted in my order?

Packages are generally dispatched within 3 days after receipt of payment and are delivered via Liban Post. Please note we do not dispatch to courier on Sunday, therefore, if you have time restriction you must take this into consideration while placing your order.

Delivery fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to the location. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them separately. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects. Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

At, we treat all orders with the same importance no matter how small or big the order value is. All orders are carefully checked and packaged by hand. Your order will be picked up from our office by our reputable logistics providers and will be delivered directly to your doorstep or to the address you specify while submitting your order. Our aim is to deliver all orders within 3 to 4 working days (excluding week-ends). However, this may not be always possible due to circumstances beyond our control.

What happens if I am not home at the time of delivery?

Our logistics partners will try to reach you several times to make your delivery. If unsuccessful, as with any other postal service package, you will receive a notification explaining how you can collect your package.
